1.Die head has special designed to aim at two-layer inline belling structure and feed material by double-spiral co-extrusion structure.

2.Big screen LCD human-computer interface system, CAN data bus technology can achieve full production process supervision and management.

3.Germany simens control system.

4.Corrugator adopt advanced shuttle-type structure, rectangular working trail, easy and convenient to change and regulating forming moulds and the long forming stroke makes good forming effect of pipes.

5.Foming Mould (water cooling) is made of high quality aluminium alloy which  possess good heat dispersion and hot corrosion resistence. adopt advanced CNC processing technic to control precision strictly.

6.Imported accumulator ensure working table back automatically and disengage forming mould from cooling mandrel when power off suddenly or other bugs happened.

7.Two layers in-line belling moulds can bell the pipes in any length.
