QGF Series 5-Gallon Bottle Water Production Line

QGF Series large bottle production line is designed for producing 5-gallon bottle drinking water. There are 8 kinds of machines which can produce 60, 100, 150, 300, 450, 600, 900 or 1200 5-gallon bottle drinking water per hour. Every machine is made up of washer, filler and capper. The washer is capable of multiple set of wash, rinse and sterilization. And, sterilizing water can be re-circulated for repeated use. This particular model washes, rinses, sterilizes, fills, installs caps, keeps count and discharges automatically. This is a fully integrated production line machine incorporating high degree of electronic automation and robotic features.
