Extrusion dies

For the manufacture of any product in the extruder is set tooling. It usually consists of the die with the shape of the tool to produce a specific type of product and calibrating the device, giving to the workpiece final shape and size.   The latest machine tools and centers are used for the production of equipment : programmable machining centers - CNC with the CPU, Japanese and Swiss electro-stitched and machine tools. Dies and calibrators carefully calculated by means of CAD on the basis of recent rheological studies using advanced computer simulation.
